The Meade family in Michigan

 Our granddaughter, Bethany came up to help out with the boys and to spend some time with Doug and me. The August weather was cool, but we had fun going to the Frankfort Farmer's Market, swimming at Portage Lake walking on the beach and all the things that make Michigan magical.
Each morning Adam built a fire in the fireplace at the cottage and he and the boys roasted marshmallows!! Samuel had his 6th birthday--a little late this year as the cottage wasn't open until after his birthday. It is hard to believe our sweetheart is 6 years old. Such a fine boy.
