Anna, Ady and Carson come to Michigan for a visit

Anna brought the children up to stay with us in late September.
The temperature reached into the 90's for a few days, so we were able to swim and Lena brought the boys up to share in the unusual warmth.

Ady had never seen the "Big water" as she called it. She also loved the beach.

We also went to the Grand Traverse Mall where Ady thought she'd be brave enough to ride the carousel, but she decided to wait til next year to mount one of those scary rides!

Dinner out as Ady was intrigued watching the model electric train that ran the perimeter of the restaurant upper level. Carson ( or as Ady refers to him, "baby Bo Bo") in his very handsome sweater that I knit for him.

Autumn came the last few days they were here and how Ady loved to see the leaves falling. She said the trees had to lose their leaves to get ready for winter. Ha ha--she has no idea what winter even is.

The trip home to Texas after a fun filled 2 weeks in Michigan!
