LAURIE AND DAD--HE KNEW LAURIE RIGHT AWAY
MOM LOVED TALKING WITH DON
LAURIE BROUGHT SOME COOKIES
DAD REALLY ENJOYED THE COOKIES AND SO DID BOB WHO CAME OVER AND JOINED "OUR PARTY" WHICH HE SAID WAS BETTER THAN THE PARTY HE HAD BEEN IN!!
LAURIE WAS SO HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO SEE HER AUNT BARBARA AGAIN
MOM WAS PERPLEXED ABOUT THE COOKIES BUT SHE REALLY LOVED PLAYING WITH THE BAG!!!
SEE, THE BAG WAS LOTS OF FUN FOR HER
THEN WE WENT TO THE HOUSE OF FLAVORS -- THIS IS THE APPLE CRISP LAURIE ORDERED AND SHE ATE MOST OF IT !! WE ALL HELPED A LITTLE AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!
WHIPPED CREAM, ANYONE???
A SHORT TOUR OF LUDINGTON
THE FERRY
A MIGHTY WIND AND LARGE WAVES
WE ALSO TOOK A NICE WALK ABOUT RED PARK WHEN WE GOT HOME -- THE WIGWAM WAS ALL CLOSED UP FOR THE WINTER BUT WE WENT IN AND LOOKED AT ALL THE PHOTOGRAPHS ON THE WALLS AND ADMIRED THE FIREPLACE AND REMEMBERED SUMMER DAYS FROM SO LONG AGO.
FRAN WALLACE CAME BY AND INVITED US TO COME OVER TO CAMP TOSEBO AND LOOK AT SOME OF THE THINGS THAT HAD BEEN DONE INSIDE. THIS YEAR WILL BE THE CAMP'S 100TH ANNIVERSARY!
LAURIE AND FRAN'S HUSBAND, DAVE, WERE IN THE SAME HIGH SCHOOL CLASS AND , OF COURSE, HAD NOT SEEN ONE ANOTHER FOR OVER 40 YEARS..
